On November 13th 2024 the Board of Directors approved the first sewer rate adjustment in 7 years to take effect on January 1st, 2025.

Residential Customers: Monthly sewer rates will increase from $25.00 to $30.00 per month (table below).

Non-Residential Customers: Base monthly rates will increase by 20% and volume rate per 1,000 gallons will increase by $0.25 (table below).

In an effort to avoid confusion with our customers, we will not be moving to quarterly billing at this time.

We will continue to communicate any changes to our customers ahead of time.
