Jeff Brauch joined the board in 2023. He grew up in Northern Colorado, except for a few years in Boston after college. Jeff earned a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado and a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota.
For most of his career, Jeff worked as a technical manager at Intel Corporation, leading teams to solve problems. His engineering background helps him understand the practical side of the sanitation process, enabling him to make informed decisions.
As a board member, Jeff is eager to learn about how public entities, especially special districts, operate. He finds the water reclamation process fascinating and crucial for the Front Range's future. His goal is to improve operational efficiency in the District to meet the needs of current and future customers.
During his free time, Jeff enjoys hiking, skiing, playing tennis, and traveling. Now that he's retired, he's excited to explore more of the world. Additionally, he contributes by coaching the Fossil Ridge Science Olympiad team.
